From our headquarters in De Binckhorst in The Hague, we design and sell our products through more than 8,500 points of sale across 90 countries. Production takes place in the Netherlands, with careful assembly by our Sheltered Workshop partners. We use only the finest quality materials to ensure longevity. Within our global growth, collaboration with international key accounts – major department stores, online retailers, and premium partners – plays a crucial role.

What will you be responsible for as International Key Account Manager at Secrid?

As International Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for strengthening our relationships with Secrid's largest and most complex clients: leading department stores and international retail partners. You know how to translate the commercial roadmap into concrete growth and partnership plans for each customer and market.

You'll work closely with Area Managers, agents, and local partners to develop and execute account strategies. You'll actively connect with internal teams such as Marketing & Communications, Retail Marketing, and Spaces to enhance the brand experience at these accounts – from shop-in-shops and pop-ups to training programs and product launches.

You have a sharp sense of timing and collaboration: you understand when an investment in visibility or store positioning is key to long-term success. Beyond optimizing existing partnerships, you also know how to create new opportunities with major international prospects.

Are you the right fit for this role?

We're looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and internationally oriented professional with:

  • At least 8–10 years of experience in international account management or sales roles within premium consumer brands or retail.

  • Experience with complex client structures, preferably with department stores or multichannel retailers.

  • Strong analytical and strategic capabilities, combined with a feel for relationship management and brand presentation.

  • Ability to bridge cultures, languages, and teams – you speak fluent English. While Dutch isn't required for this international role, it's good to understand that Secrid has a Dutch heritage and working culture, so conversational Dutch is a real asset. French or German is a major plus.

  • A hands-on mentality: you regularly visit clients and partners, follow up, support, and build lasting partnerships.

  • A natural balance between commercial thinking and brand sensibility: you know that growth isn't just about numbers, but also about collaboration and visibility.
